Health and Safety Plan
What is a Health and Safety Plan (HSP)?
The provision of the Health and Safety Plan service will comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24, which establishes the minimum health and safety requirements on construction sites.
One of the main legal obligations of the Contractor on construction sites is to prepare the Health and Safety Plan (Art. 7 of R.D. 1627/97).
In relation to the workstations on site, the Health and Safety Plan referred to in this article constitutes the basic instrument for organizing the activities of identification and, where appropriate, risk assessment and planning of preventive activity referred to in Chapter II of the Royal Decree approving the Regulation of Prevention Services.
