Basic Health and Safety Study

The Basic Health and Safety Study will be carried out based on the content of the Construction Project and will be compiled into a single document, the content of which is:

Health and safety regulations applicable to the construction work. To this end, it will include the

identification of occupational hazards that can be avoided, indicating the necessary

technical measures to do so.

List of occupational hazards that cannot be eliminated as indicated

above, specifying the preventive measures and technical protections

aimed at controlling and reducing these risks and assessing their effectiveness, especially

when alternative measures are proposed.

Particular consideration to the risks included in Annex II of Royal Decree 1627/97

(work with particularly serious risks of burial, collapse or fall from

height, etc.).

Standardization of minimum protections required in the execution of each unit of

work.
