Terms of Service

• The sessions are available in 6 languages: English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, French  and Polish (subject to availability).
• A few days before your session, you will receive – via email or SMS – confirmation of your session with date and time.
• If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you must notify us 24 hours in advance at telemed@trasesa.pt – otherwise it will be considered an absence.
